Give the gift of self defense!

Join us for Operation Self-Defense. Learn how to protect yourself with an experienced trainer and help support Operation Paying It Forward.

Everyone deserves to improve their personal safety and security. No matter your age, gender, or level of expertise. You will learn how to transform your fear that accompanies an attack into anger and unleash it into empowerment.

The few moments you have to defend yourself after a surprise attack is when most people mentally and physically shut down because they have no real training. Help yourself and help others.

By attending this self-defense class you're not only learning some key life saving skills you're also making a charitable donation and supporting a non-profit organization.

Instructions:

Please arrive at 9:30am - Refreshments will be served.

Class starts promptly at 10:00am.

Wear comfortable clothing (sweat or yoga pants, t-shirt and tennis shoes)

Ladies please wear your hair back.
