    Event Description:
    The 35th Annual Plant City Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Parade will be kicking off the rescheduled MLK Celebration with a flotilla of marching bands, floats, civic groups, clubs and local businesses through downtown Plant City.

    The parade starts at the corner of Wheeler and MLK Blvd and ends at the Plant City MLK Recreation Complex.  Vendors and live music will be ongoing 11am to 4pm at the parking lot of the Sadye Gibbs Martin Community Center.

    The non-profit group Improvement League of Plant City organizes this celebration every year with proceeds benefiting the Bing House Museum, Taste of Laura Street, Youth Forensic Science Class and community outreach programming. 

    Parade Registration deadline has been extended to March 25, 2021.  Visit our website to sign up.
