PLANT CITY ENTERTAINMENT, INC. ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION OF BOARD MEMBERS
Plant City Entertainment, Inc. community theater will hold its annual open meeting on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at 6:30 P.M. at the P.C.E., Inc. theater located at 101 N. Thomas Street in Plant City. This meeting is open to the public. Board members for the 2019/2020 season will be elected.
Four vacancies will be open for filling. Membership is required in order to vote and/or nominate candidates from the floor. Memberships may be renewed and new memberships will be accepted before the start of the meeting. The slate of candidates as approved by the current board of directors is composed of the following people who are seeking election or re-election:
APRIL GOLOMBEK (seeking re-election)
JEFFREY SIRMONS (seeking re-election)
As noted above, nominations for board member candidates may be accepted from the floor. In order to become a board member, a candidate must have been a member of Plant City Entertainment, Inc. for at least one year.
PCE, Inc. Membership Rates
The standard membership fee per season is a nominal $15.00 for an Individual, $20.00 for a Family, and
$10.00 for Students (through 12th grade) and Senior Citizens (60 and above).
The standard membership benefits include:
• Discounted Single Ticket Price of $15.00
• Notices, Invitations, and e-mail Newsletters for upcoming shows and events
• Committee membership(s)
• Consideration for Board Membership (after at least a one-year membership)
