Customer Service Representatives needed for Lakeland, FL company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support to clients.
Actively listen to handle customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner.
Aim to resolve issues on the first call.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1-year customer service experience; call center experience preferred but not required
Some upsell on products
Logical problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to type 25 wpm
High School Graduate or GED
Consistent work history
Flexible to work from noon to 9pm, Monday through Friday
Able to work a rotational Saturday (once a month) from 9am to 6pm
