    UPDATE: Florida’s Full Phase 1 begins Monday, May 18th as we continue to implement the S
    afe Smart Step-by-Step Plan for Florida’s Recovery.

    ✅ Restaurants may go to 50% capacity with continued social distancing and/or physical partitions
    ✅ Retail may go to 50% capacity with continued social distancing and CDC guidelines
    ✅ Museums & Libraries may go to 50% capacity with local government guidelines
    ✅ Gyms & Fitness Centers may open with social distancing, increased sanitation and CDC guidelines (capacity TBA/indoor group classes TBA - will likely be outlined in the order.)
    ✅ Movie Theaters and Bars to remain closed for Phase 1
    ✅ Theme Parks may submit reopening plans for review to the State
    ✅ Local governments may submit short term rental plans for review to the State
    Additional guidance previously shared stays in effect:
    ✅ Vulnerable individuals should avoid close contact with people outside their home.
    ✅ All individuals, when in public, should maximize physical distance from each other
    ✅ Avoid socializing in groups larger than 10 people in circumstances that do not readily allow for physical distancing.
    ✅ Face masks are recommended for all those in face-to-face interactions and where social distancing isn’t possible.
