Patient Support Services Representative/CALL CENTER
Hours/Days: 1:30pm - 10pm, M-F, occasional Saturdays
Dress Code: Business casual
Software Needed: Light word, data entry
Training - 1 to 2 weeks from 8:30am-5:30pm - MUST NOT MISS ANY TIME OR CAN BE RELEASED
Ideal candidate will have call center experience, some knowledge on medical/pharmacy preferred but not required.
Call Center position. This is a critical position requiring excellent customer interaction skills. Individual is expected to enhance customer satisfaction by responding to incoming phone calls, and placing outgoing calls to others in the organization as assigned. Individuals in this position will be the primary point of contact for customers calling to enroll in company service programs, placing orders, checking on the status of an order.
Excellent communication skills, Good data entry skills, Basic knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook
Minimum High School Diploma or GED (must be able to provide copy)
