Looking to assess the viability of your business idea? This six-part business planning series will introduce you to the crucial elements you need to consider when you start a business. Business planning is essential to developing a thriving enterprise that provides essential goods or services while providing a return on investment for its owner. At the conclusion of the series you will have completed a draft business plan that will serve as a roadmap for operating your business.
Attendees will:

Examine the key aspects of your business including finance, marketing and operations and identify and prepare for potential challenges before you invest money, time and resources
