There are two separate score sheets. Pick one up at the Plant City Chamber office starting December 1, or print one out. Grab the matching map, visit participating businesses, and collect all the stickers.

Drop off your completed score sheet by December 12 at 4 PM at 2504 Walden Woods Drive to enter to win a gift card.
