Meeting Room Rental

Is your company in need of space to host a meeting, conference, or client presentation? As an added benefit of your Chamber membership, the Community Room and/or Board Room are currently available for rental on a full or half-day basis.

Citizens Bank & Trust Community Room

  • Can hold up to 30 people with tables
  • Can hold up to 40 people theatre-style seating

Rick Lott Technical College Board Room

  • Capacity: 18 people

Extra Amenities Available

  • A/V Options (included in room rental fee)
  • Use of screens, audio, microphone
  • Renter must provide own laptop.

Considerations

  • Rentals are available at no cost to Plant City Chamber members at the Enhanced level and above. Basic level and non-members for a fee.
  • Rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
  • Room rentals should be reserved at least two weeks in advance.
  • Rooms are available from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • Full payment is due with a fully executed contract ten (10) business days prior to the rental date.
  • Advanced notice of catering delivery is required.
